Founder and Lead Consultant

My journey in early childhood education spans every tier of center operations. I began in the classrooms mastering the daily realities of student engagement and teacher support, before advancing into leadership as an Assistant Director and Director. Most recently, I served as a Regional Director, where I directly oversaw the operational excellence, safety compliance, and financial health of 11 childcare centers.

Throughout my two decades in the field, I have seen firsthand how easily administrative chaos and impending regulatory shifts can pull brilliant leaders away from their true purpose. I founded Pathway to Growth Consulting to be the proactive partnership centers need to elevate their operations, cultivating an exceptional environment where childcare staff, children, and families grow together.
